The following 'Promotion' will be conducted by Pinnacle Sports Poker, the 'Company' as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The All-In For Tallinn European Masters of Poker™ 2009 promotion starts on the 19th January, 2009 at 00.01 CET and ends 15th February, 2009 at 23.59 CET. Only hands played and rake paid during this period will count towards the competition.
2. All Pinnacle Sports Poker players are entered into the rake race automatically.
3. The Top 32 players will be ranked on a Leaderboard on a daily basis based on the calculation of net rake.
4. Each week, the Top 32 players as at Sunday 23.59 CET will be entered into a freeroll to take place on the following Monday at 20.00 CET.
5. All freeroll entrants will be notified of tournament details via email.  As these entries are not transferable, all winners should ensure that they are available to play the event at the specific time stated above.
6. Net rake is calculated as the sum of all rake paid in cash games, plus tournament entry fees, minus any negative revenue associated with the account such as VIP points used for Tournament entry. Rakeback will not be taken into account for the purposes of this calculation and will be paid as normal.  For more information on how rake is calculated please check the Poker Help section on the Pinnacle Sports website.
7. The Leaderboard and final results presented on www.pinnaclesports.com/poker are undisputable and final.
8. A player can win only one package to the live event featured as part of this promotion.  Should the same player win an additional package, the prize will be awarded to the player next in line.
9. By participating in this promotion, you consent to the publishing of your screen name and leaderboard placing, if within the Top 32 players, on www.pinnaclesports.com. No personal information will be displayed.  If you wish to opt-out so that your screen name is not published, please email csd@pinnaclesports.com from your Pinnacle registered email address. If you opt-out you will not be eligible for any prizes.
10. Any player found to be involved in fraudulent activity will lose their points or prizes and be banned from further participation in the promotion and play of Pinnacle Sports Poker.
11. If a winner cannot be contacted from the information provided on the Pinnacle Sports database, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.
12. The package must be redeemed by its winner in accordance with the Company rules as expressly authorized and provided for by the Company. If a participant is disqualified, or found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Company rules, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate Grand Prize winner at its sole discretion.
13. Each package prize winner will receive a package prize to enter the Tallinn European Masters of Poker™ 2009 from 20th – 22nd of February 2009.  The package will consist of tournament buy-in & expenses, with total prize value of €1,500.
14. No alternative prize will be offered should the Grand Prize winner be unable to redeem the prize. 
15. It is the individual winner’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance.  Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification.  It is the winner’s responsibility to book all travel and accommodation.
16. Participants must be at least 21 years old on 31 January 2008.  If a player is under 21 on that date, they will be disqualified from participating in the promotion and may therefore forfeit the prize.
17. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
18. Each package prize winner is required to wear Pinnacle Sports logo-wear exclusively throughout the tournament.
19. By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Promotion's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Promotion, or from the use of any prize.
20. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Promotion and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.
21. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Promotion, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
