Any funds that you deposit using our secure payment gateway will be added to your Pinnacle Sports account. If you want to start playing online poker straight away or if you are an existing Pinnacle Sports account holder and would like to transfer money from the Sportsbook to the poker room, you will need to transfer funds from your Pinnacle Sports account to Poker.

The currency of Pinnacle Sports Poker is Euro (EUR). If you hold a non-EUR account at Pinnacle Sports, you can still play in the poker room but any funds that you transfer to Poker will be converted into the equivalent amount in EUR automatically using the daily exchange rate as listed on OANDA.com. When transferring EUR funds from Pinnacle Sports Poker to your Pinnacle Sports account, your poker chips will be converted back automatically, using the current daily exchange rate as listed on OANDA.com.

After logging into your Pinnacle Sports account, go to the Cashier section of the Web site. Use the drop down menu to select ’Transfer To Poker’ and click ‘Go’. Follow the instructions on the screen, complete the form and select ’Submit’. If your transfer request is successful, the funds will be available for you to use in the poker room immediately.

Please note that whenever you leave Pinnacle Sports Poker, your money remains in the Poker room until your next visit or until you make a transfer back to the Sportsbook.

For your added security, transfers from Poker may be reviewed by our Poker team and could take up to 24 hours to process during normal business hours.

If you would like to request a payout or transfer funds to your account at the sportsbook, you must first transfer funds out of Pinnacle Sports Poker and into your Pinnacle Sports account.

Your Pinnacle Sportsbook account is your primary account. Whenever you leave Pinnacle Sports Poker, all of the funds in your online poker account remain in the poker room until your next visit or until you make a transfer back to the sportsbook. Thus, you cannot withdraw money directly from Poker. You must first transfer your funds to the sportsbook and then withdraw money from your Pinnacle Sportsbook account via one of the many safe and secure withdrawal options available through the Pinnacle Sports Cashier section of this Web site.
