Each Pinnacle Sports client is entitled to one free withdrawal per calendar month. There is no minimum amount required for your free withdrawal and you may use any authorized withdrawal methods. All additional withdrawals during the calendar month, for any amount using any withdrawal method, incur a fee. The fee is based on the withdrawal option selected and for INSTADEBIT payouts the fee is $18 CAD.

Please note

If you deposit funds to your Pinnacle Sports account using INSTADEBIT, payouts will be processed back to INSTADEBIT up to the amount originally deposited. You may also withdraw funds in excess of the amount deposited from your INSTADEBIT account. A withdrawal hold is placed on all accounts using INSTADEBIT to deposit until Pinnacle Sports confirms all INSTADEBIT deposits have cleared. INSTADEBIT deposits normally clear in 5 banking days.

Making a Withdrawal

After first logging into your Pinnacle Sports account, go to the Cashier section of the web site. Click on INSTADEBIT Withdrawal and follow the instructions on the screen, complete the form and select "Submit". Once your request is complete, the information is forwarded to our Customer Service Department for processing.
