EntroPay Virtual Card Withdrawal
Available Currencies

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

$20 USD, £15 GBP, €10 EUR or the equivalent in your local currency.

Maximum Withdrawal Amount

The maximum EntroPay withdrawal is $4,000 USD, €3,000 EUR or £ 2,000 GBP per transaction with a maximum of 10 transactions in any 24 hour period. There is no maximum amount you may withdraw per month.

Processing Time

Please note that all withdrawals for less than $10,000 USD or the equivalent in your local currency will be processed within minutes.

Payout requests in excess of this amount require manager approval and may take longer to process.

Fees

Each Pinnacle Sports client is entitled to one free withdrawal per calendar month. There is no minimum amount required for your free withdrawal and you may use any authorized withdrawal methods. All additional withdrawals during the calendar month, for any amount using any withdrawal method, incur a fee. The fee is based on the withdrawal option selected and for EntroPay the fee is $15 USD or the amount listed for your local currency on the Payment Options pages of this Web site.

Please Note

If you deposit funds to your Pinnacle Sports account using your EntroPay card, payouts will be processed back to the same EntroPay card up to the amount originally deposited. Withdrawals using EntroPay are accepted only if funds were deposited using EntroPay. You may also withdraw funds in excess of the amount deposited from your EntroPay card.

With the exception of USD and GBP accounts, all other currencies are accepted but will be processed in EUR and converted into your local currency using the daily conversion rate taken from www.OANDA.com.

Making a Withdrawal

To request a payout please log into your Pinnacle Sports account and select Cashier – EntroPay Card Withdrawal. Complete the form and your withdrawal will be forwarded for processing.
