There is no minimum withdrawal amount for your free withdrawal each month but please be aware that some payment providers set minimum withdrawal limits. For myCitadel, the minimum request is ¥ 80 RMB, €10 EUR, £10 GBP or kr 70 SEK.

Withdrawal requests are processed directly from your Pinnacle Sports account and are normally processed within minutes. Please note that all withdrawals for less than €7,500 EUR or the amount listed for your local currency on the Cashier Information pages of this Web site will be processed within minutes. Payout requests in excess of this amount require manager approval and may take longer to process.
Each Pinnacle Sports client is entitled to one free withdrawal per calendar month. There is no minimum amount required for your free withdrawal and you may use any authorized withdrawal methods. All additional withdrawals during the calendar month, for any amount using any withdrawal method, incur a fee. The fee is based on the withdrawal option selected and for myCitadel the fee is ¥ 120 RMB, €12 EUR, £8 GBP or kr 105 SEK.
If you deposit funds to your Pinnacle Sports account using myCitadel, payouts will be processed back to myCitadel up to the amount originally deposited. You may also withdraw funds in excess of the amount deposited from your myCitadel account.
After first logging into your Pinnacle Sports account, go to the Cashier section of the web site. Use the drop down menu to select myCitadel Withdrawal and click ‘Go’. Complete the form and your withdrawal will be forwarded for processing.
