All funds deposited to an account must be sent and received in the same name as the account holder. Funds sent in the name of a company will require additional documentation. Funds received by Pinnacle Sports sent by a person other than the account holder will not be accepted.
All winnings derived from a deposit later reported as non-sufficient funds (NSF) or that cannot be collected for any other reason by Pinnacle Sports will be void. For accounts with minus balances, any pending plays, whether from the NSF deposit or not, will be cancelled. If the NSF deposit is subsequently cleared, the client is eligible to receive payment for his original deposit only. This policy applies to any remaining balance in the account, whether directly or indirectly derived from the NSF deposit.
myCitadel operates like an online bank account that you may transfer money to and from. myCitadel accounts are available in GBP, SEK and RMB for clients residing in these countries. In addition, myCitadel is available for selected countries (Spain, France and Germany) that use the Euro as their currency.
If you deposit funds to your Pinnacle Sports account using myCitadel, payouts will be processed back to myCitadel up to the amount originally deposited.
To make a deposit by myCitadel you will first need your own personal myCitadel account. All information required to open an account is contained on their site at www.myCitadel.com.
After first logging into your Pinnacle Sports account, go to the Cashier section of the web site. Use the drop down menu to select myCitadel Transaction and click ‘Go’. Complete the form and select "Submit". If your deposit is successful, the funds will be added to your Pinnacle Sports account within minutes.
Please note that if you do not have sufficient “Cleared” funds in your myCitadel Account, and you have enabled Express Pay, you will be charged 5%, which will be automatically deducted from the amount deposited.
