Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is valid for Ukash deposits made at Pinnacle Sports from 00.01 PDT on 09/20/12 through 23.59 PDT 10/21/12.
2. The campaign is valid for both new and existing Pinnacle Sports customers.
3. Only customers who have deposited using Ukash can participate in the draw.
4. Each eligible deposit made using Ukash during the compeition period will account for one entry at the prize draw.
5. Minimum Deposit of 25CDN required to qualify.
6. Pinnacle Sports will levy a 4% fee on deposits that are withdrawn prior to the full deposit amount being wagered.
7. The UFC prize package is being offered by Ukash; it is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
8. In case the winner cannot attend, the prize will be forfeited.
9. The prize package includes two tickets to Benson Henderson vs Nate Diaz UFC fight on 8th of December (line-up subject to change) one night accommodation in a 5* hotel in Seattle, and two flight tickets from Canada (any point depending on winners preference) to Seattle.
10. Once the winner is confirmed, they will be contacted by Ukash and will have to provide their Passport/ID details in order for Ukash to arrange the flights and accommodation.
11. If required details are not provided within a week after the winner has been announced and contacted, the prize will be forfeited.
12. Open to citizens and legal residents of Canada only.
13. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
14. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory or consumer rights of participants.
15. All amounts quoted are in Canadian dollars.
16. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent third party before 10/28/12, and contacted using the email address registered to their Pinnacle Sports account.
