Forgotten Client ID
Your Pinnacle Sports' account Client ID will have been emailed when you signed up. If you have forgotten it, in the first instance please refer back to that email which will include 'Pinnacle Sports' in the subject line. It may help you remember your Client ID to know that it begins with two letters (Latin Characters)- which will be your initials - followed by no more than six numbers. e.g Joe Bloggs might have a Client ID JB123456.
If these tips do not help, please follow the Lost Client ID process and ensure that when prompted to provide an email address that it is the address registered to your Pinnacle Sports account.
Forgotten Password
You will have chosen your Pinnacle Sports account Password during the Sign Up process. If you cannot remember it please follow the 'Lost Password' link. You will need your Client ID and the Email address registered to the account, as well as the Answer to your Personal Security Question. The Lost Log-In Details process will send a new temporary password to the email registered to the account; note this isn't instantaneous so please be patient. If you are still unable to retrieve your Password, please do not sign-up for an additional account. Contact Customer Services by emailing csd@pinnaclesports.com, using the email address registered to the account; please include your Client ID. If you cannot remember your Client ID refer to the section above, and if you cannot remember your Personal Security Question please refer to the separate relevant FAQ.
