What is the currency of Pinnacle Sports Poker?

The currency of Pinnacle Sports Poker is Euro (EUR). If you hold a non-EUR account at Pinnacle Sports, you can still play in the poker room but any funds that you transfer to Pinnacle Sports Poker will be automatically converted into the equivalent amount in EUR using the daily exchange rate at oanda.com. When transferring EUR funds from Pinnacle Sports Poker to your Pinnacle Sports account, your poker chips will be automatically converted back into the equivalent amount in your local currency using the current daily exchange rate at oanda.com.

What is the currency of the Pinnacle Casino?

The currency of the Pinnacle Casino is USD. If you hold a non-USD account at Pinnacle Sports, you can still play in the Pinnacle Casino but any funds that you transfer to the Casino will be automatically converted into the equivalent amount in USD using the daily exchange rate at oanda.com. When transferring USD funds from the Pinnacle Casino to your Pinnacle Sports account, your chips will be automatically converted back into the equivalent amount in your local currency using the current daily exchange rate at oanda.com.

What conversion rate do you use for exchange rates?

The daily conversion rate used by Pinnacle Sports is obtained from www.oanda.com. The OANDA rate we use is the standard inter-bank rate. Pinnacle Sports does not receive this rate on currency exchanges therefore on transfers between accounts of different currencies there will be a surcharge of 2.75% of the total amount transferred.

Please note that the conversion rate from OANDA and that used by your credit card company or any other money transferring agency may differ. As a result, Pinnacle Sports does not accept any responsibility for any differences in the exchange rate charged.

Can I change my current account to another currency?

Yes, but only if your account has never been funded. Please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail at csd@pinnaclesports.com including details of your Client ID and the new currency you would like to change your account to.

If you have ever made a deposit to your Pinnacle Sports account, the currency cannot be changed. However, a new Pinnacle Sports account may be opened to replace your existing account.  Please advise our Customer Service Department by e-mail at csd@pinnaclesports.com and include your existing Client ID and your new currency preference.

Any funds held in your existing account will be converted to your preferred currency using the daily OANDA inter-bank and transferred to your new Pinnacle Sports account. Please note that there will be a surcharge of 2.75% of the total amount transferred.

Do you have to send and receive funds in the same name as my Pinnacle Sports account?

Yes. All funds deposited to an account must be sent and received in the same name as the account holder. Funds received by Pinnacle Sports sent by someone other than the account holder will not be accepted. Winnings will also only be sent in the same name as the account holder.

Furthermore, the name and address you enter when registering for an account will be used to send your winnings to you. Banks will not process these payments if the name of the account holder listed on your bank account is different to your Pinnacle Sports account.

What is Pinnacle Sports’ non-sufficient funds return policy?

All winnings derived from a deposit later reported as non-sufficient funds (NSF) or that cannot be collected for any other reason by Pinnacle Sports will be void. For accounts with minus balances, any pending plays, whether from the NSF deposit or not, will be cancelled. If the NSF deposit is subsequently cleared, the client is eligible to receive payment for his original deposit only. This policy applies to any remaining balance in the account, whether directly or indirectly derived from the NSF deposit.

How much does it cost to receive a payout from my Pinnacle Sports account?

Except for clients using our free account to account transfer service, each Pinnacle Sports' client receives one free withdrawal per calendar month. And, there is no minimum amount required for your free withdrawal and you may use any of your authorized withdrawal methods.

All additional withdrawals during the calendar month, for any amount using any withdrawal method, incur a fee. The fee is based on the withdrawal option selected. Bank Wire Transfers in USD will incur a $25 USD fee. Withdrawals in USD using NETELLER, Moneybookers, myCitadel, WebMoney or INSTADEBIT will incur a $15 USD fee. Cheque Withdrawals in CAD will incur a $30 CAD fee. For information on the applicable fees for all other currencies, please select your preferred currency from the list on the Cashier Information pages of this Web site. Please see the FAQ for each withdrawal method for additional information.

How do I make a deposit by Bank Wire Transfer?

To make a deposit by bank wire transfer you will need to be a Pinnacle Sports account holder. Getting started is easy and existing Pinnacle Sports account holders can login and make a deposit through our safe and secure Cashier facility.

After first logging into your Pinnacle Sports account, go to the Cashier section of the web site. Use the drop down menu and select Bank Wire Transfer Deposit and click ‘Go’.

Follow the instructions on the screen and depending upon your choice of currency, the bank wire instructions will either be displayed on screen or emailed to your registered email address. Please note that depending on the currency of your account, more than one bank may be available to send your bank wire transfer to. In addition, bank wire instructions are for bank wire transfers only. They are not valid for Cash, Cheque, ATM, or any other method of funds transfer. Please be aware the use of these instructions to send funds using any method except a bank wire may result in significant delays crediting your deposit.

To avoid delays in the crediting of your deposit once you have sent your wire, please log into your account as above and select Bank Wire Transfer Deposit. Follow the instructions on the screen to report your wire transfer deposit. Please do not email our Customer Service Department as this will delay your deposit.

It usually takes 1 - 3 business days for a local bank wire transfer to arrive or 3 – 5 business days for an International bank wire transfer. As soon as the amount transferred is received at our bank, the funds will be credited to your Pinnacle Sports account.

Please note that Pinnacle Sports will credit your account with the funds plus any bank fees paid for transfers upon receipt of your bank wire transfer if they are equal to or greater than;

Can I receive a payout by Bank Wire Transfer?

Yes. You can receive a bank wire transfer but it will be made out to the Pinnacle Sports’ account holder’s name only. To send your wire we require the complete information from your bank (name and address), your bank account number, any IBAN/BIC/ABA/Swift/Routing Numbers/Sort Code or Bank Branch Numbers coupled to your account and your address as registered at the Bank. You will receive an email confirmation when your withdrawal is processed.

Before requesting your withdrawal, please make sure your personal details are correct by using the Account Details option in your account. Only one bank wire may be processed per day per client.

Bank wire transfers are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. It then usually takes 1 - 3 business days to receive a local bank wire transfer or 3 - 5 business days to receive an International bank wire transfer.

Each Pinnacle Sports client is entitled to one free withdrawal per calendar month. There is no minimum amount required for your free withdrawal and you may use any authorized withdrawal methods. All additional withdrawals during the calendar month, for any amount using any withdrawal method, incur a fee. The fee is based on the withdrawal option selected and for bank wire transfers the fee is $25 USD (or the amount listed for your local currency).

How do I make an Instant Deposit by Bank Wire Transfer?

To make a deposit by Instant Bank Wire transfer you will need to be a Pinnacle Sports account holder. Getting started is easy and existing Pinnacle Sports account holders can login and make a deposit through our safe and secure Cashier facility. After first logging into your Pinnacle Sports account, go to the Cashier section of the web site. Use the drop down menu and select Bank Wire Transfer Deposit and click ‘Go’.

Follow the instructions on the screen and depending upon your choice of currency, the bank wire instructions will either be displayed on screen or emailed to your registered email address. Please note that depending on the currency of your account, more than one bank may be available to send your bank wire transfer to.

To report your Instant Bank Wire deposit, please log into your account as above, select Bank Wire Transfer Deposit and follow the instructions on the screen. Please do not email our Customer Service Department as this will delay your deposit. Instant Bank Wire deposits are immediately credited to your Pinnacle Sports’ account allowing you to bet in the Sportsbook or play in the Casino before the transaction clears our bank.

When making an Instant Bank Wire Transfer, your bank will give you the option to provide a reference as part of the transfer. Your Unique Reference ID is provided in the ‘Send a Bank Wire’ information of your account Cashier. Your Unique Reference ID must be included in the bank wire information to avoid significant delays in confirming receipt of your deposit.

A hold is placed on all funds sent using Instant Bank Wires, including all winnings from the deposit, until Pinnacle Sports receives confirmation the deposit has cleared. Instant Bank Wire deposits normally take 2 – 3 banking days to clear. This is a guideline only as the timeframe to clear your Instant Bank Wire may be longer. Clients may not withdraw until the deposit has cleared. Deposits not received within 7 calendar days for any reason are subject to our “Non Sufficient Funds Return Policy”.

How do I make a deposit by Cashier’s Cheque? Available for CAD and USD accounts only

To make a deposit by cashier’s cheque, bank draft or International postal order, you will need to be a Pinnacle Sports account holder. Getting started is easy and existing Pinnacle Sports account holders can login and make a deposit through our safe and secure Cashier facility.

After first logging into your Pinnacle Sports account, go to the Cashier section of the web site. Use the drop down menu and select ‘Cashier Check Deposit (Fed Ex)’ and click ‘Go’. Click on ‘Step 1: Instructions to Send a Cashier Check’ and complete instructions will be sent automatically to the email address registered on your account.

To avoid delays in the crediting of your deposit once you have sent your cheque, please log into your account as above and select ‘Step 2: Report your Cashier Check Deposit’ and follow the instructions on the screen. Please do not email our Customer Service Department as this will delay your deposit. Once the cheque is received, the funds will be credited to your Pinnacle Sports account.

You may use our Federal Express account for payment of shipping costs on deposits of a minimum of $1,000 USD or $1,200 CAD. If you choose to use our Federal Express account for deposits of less than $1,000 USD or $1,200 CAD, your account will be debited $25 USD or $30 CAD. Please include your Client ID, name and address when sending your cheque.

PLEASE NOTE: A hold is placed on all funds sent via a cashier's cheque for 12 banking days. Withdrawal requests which reduce your balance below the amount of the cashier's cheque will not be processed.

Can you send me by Federal Express a payout by Cashier’s Cheque? Available for CAD accounts only.

Yes, but only if the currency of your Pinnacle Sports account is in CAD. Withdrawal requests by cashier’s cheque are processed directly from your Pinnacle Sports account and you will receive an email as confirmation when your withdrawal is processed. You will also receive another email when your payment is sent together with details of your Federal Express tracking number. Depending on your country of residence, cheque clearance times may vary.

Please note that cheques are written in the account holder’s name only and we require a full mailing address (not a P.O. Box) and phone number for the Federal Express airway bill. Before requesting your withdrawal, please make sure your personal details are correct using the Account Details section of your account.

Cheques may be requested for up to $3,000 CAD per transaction up to a maximum of $9,500 CAD per 7 days. Only one cheque may be requested each banking day. As an alternative, bank transfers may be processed for any amount.

Please note that cheque requests for $50 CAD or less will be sent using registered mail. You may expect delivery within approximately two weeks.

Each Pinnacle Sports client is entitled to one free withdrawal per calendar month. There is no minimum amount required for your free withdrawal and you may use any authorized withdrawal methods. All additional withdrawals during the calendar month, for any amount using any withdrawal method, incur a fee. The fee is based on the withdrawal option selected and for a cashier’s cheque sent by Fed Ex, the fee is $30 CAD.

What are Chinese Debit Cards? Available for RMB accounts only.

Chinese Debit Cards are a fast and easy method to make direct deposits to your Pinnacle account. Funds can be deposited in Yuan Renminbi only. Daily limits are ¥ 5,000 RMB and ¥ 40,000 RMB per month. For additional information, please visit the www.PayPinnacle.com Web site.

The transmission and storage of all data is protected using the very latest firewall and 128-bit certificate-based encryption technology. Can I receive a payout back to my Chinese Debit Card?

Due to a change in the policy return of our debit card processing company, Pinnacle Sports is unable to return funds to your debit card. Within three days of your deposit and before any withdrawal is processed, Pinnacle Sports must receive legible copies of the debit card, front and back, a valid identification with picture ID, and a completed Debit Card Authorization Form.

For your security and the protection of Pinnacle Sports, only scanned documents securely uploaded from the Web site will be accepted. The transmission and storage of all data is protected using the very latest firewall and 128-bit certificate-based encryption technology. This is the same Internet security standard for online transactions as demanded by major financial institutions around the World.

Please log into your account and go to the ‘Personal Details’ page of the My Account section of the Web site to securely upload your documents. How do I make a deposit using a Credit Card?

To make a deposit by Credit Card you will need to be a Pinnacle Sports account holder. Getting started is easy and existing Pinnacle Sports account holders can login and make a deposit through our safe and secure Cashier facility.

After first logging into your Pinnacle Sports account, go to the Cashier section of the web site. Use the drop down menu and select Credit Card Deposit (you paying us) and click ‘Go’. Follow the instructions on the screen, complete the form and select "Submit". If your deposit is successful, the funds will be added to your Pinnacle Sports account.

Please note that with the exception of Pounds Sterling (GBP) and Euro (EUR) accounts, credit card deposits will be processed in USD and converted to the equivalent in your local currency using the daily rate at www.oanda.com. The minimum credit card deposit is $50 USD, £25 GBP and €40 EUR. The maximum aggregate credit card deposit in any 30 day period is $5,000 USD, £3,000 GBP and €4000 EUR.

Please note that clients must submit a Credit/Debit Card Authorization Form the first time each credit card is used, with a copy of your picture identification and credit card, front and back. The form and all required information will be emailed once your credit card has been accepted.

Can I receive a payout back to my Credit Card?

Due to changes in VISA and MasterCard rules, Pinnacle Sports is unable to return funds to member credit cards. Within three days of your deposit and before any withdrawal is processed, you must upload legible copies of the credit card, front and back, a valid identification with picture ID, and a completed Credit Card Authorization Form.

Please log into your account and go to the ‘Personal Details’ page of the My Account section of the Web site to securely upload your documents. Alternatively, required documents can also be safely uploaded by following the onscreen instructions on the ‘Make a Deposit - Credit Card Deposit’ page in the Cashier section. Documents submitted by email or fax are not accepted and will be deleted upon arrival.

Please note that withdrawals from accounts with credit card deposits are processed with a cheque (CAD accounts only), bank wire transfer with the exception of RMB accounts, INSTADEBIT (CAD accounts only), myCitadel, (SEK, GBP, RMB and selected countries that use the EURO as their currency) Moneybookers (RMB accounts only) or NETELLER.

Do I have to complete a new Credit/Debit Card Security form each time I use my credit/debit card?

No. Clients must only submit a Credit/Debit Card Authorization Form the first time each unique credit/debit card is used, with a copy of your picture identification and credit/debit card, front and back. The form and all required information will be emailed once your credit card has been accepted.

Alternatively, required documents can also be safely uploaded by following the onscreen instructions on the ‘Make a Deposit - VISA Electron Debit Cards Deposit’ page in the Cashier section. Documents submitted by email or fax are not accepted and will be deleted upon arrival.

Please do not include the 3 digit CVV2 or CVC2 Card Security Code when scanning the debit card information. This number is located on the back of your debit card. Either delete this information from the scan or cover these numbers before scanning the back of your card. What is WebMoney? Available for USD and EUR Accounts only

WebMoney operates as an online bank account. You deposit funds into your WebMoney account, and these funds can then be disbursed to various online services, including Pinnacle Sports. To open a WebMoney account, go to the WebMoney website at www.wmtransfer.com.

You may send WebMoney funds to Pinnacle Sports in either USD or EUR. All deposits are processed without charge. When you make a WebMoney deposit to your Pinnacle Sports account, your transfer will be completed within minutes.

How do I make a deposit using WebMoney?

To make a deposit by WebMoney you will need to be a Pinnacle Sports account holder. Getting started is easy and existing Pinnacle Sports account holders can login and make a deposit through our safe and secure Cashier facility.

After first logging into your Pinnacle Sports account, go to the Cashier section of the web site. Use the drop down menu to select WebMoney Deposit and click ‘Go’. Follow the instructions on the screen, complete the form and select "Submit". If your deposit is successful, the funds will be added to your Pinnacle Sports account. All WebMoney deposits are processed without charge.

Please note that WebMoney deposits must be sent from a specific purse based on the deposit currency, either USD or EUR and the maximum deposit per transaction is $25,000 USD or €19,000 EUR. Webmoney deposit requests must be from a WebMoney passport with a "Formal",  "Initial", "Personal" or "Merchant" status. Deposit requests from "Alias" passports will be declined. Each WebMoney ID may be used to fund only one Pinnacle Sports account. Clients using the same WebMoney ID will have their funds returned. Pinnacle Sports cannot be held responsible for any return fees.

Can I receive a payout to my WebMoney account?

Yes but withdrawals using WebMoney are accepted only if funds were originally deposited using WebMoney and they can only be returned to the same WebMoney ID as the account depositing.

To request a WebMoney withdrawal, please send an e-mail from your registered email address to our Customer Service Department at CSD@pinnaclesports.com. Please remember to include your Pinnacle Sports Client ID, your WebMoney Purse details and the required amount.

While you may withdraw more than the amount deposited, the maximum aggregate withdrawal amount using WebMoney is $25,000 USD or €19,000 EUR per month. WebMoney withdrawals are returned to the same WebMoney passport with a status of "Formal", "Initial", "Personal" or "Merchant" as the deposit. Withdrawal requests to "Alias" passports will be declined.

Please note that all withdrawals for more than $10,000 USD or €7,500 EUR require manager approval, therefore there may be a delay in processing these withdrawals.

Clients who do not use our free account to account transfer option receive one free withdrawal per calendar month. There is no minimum amount required for your free withdrawal and you may use any authorized withdrawal methods. All additional withdrawals during the calendar month, for any amount using any withdrawal method, incur a fee. The fee is based on the withdrawal option selected and for WebMoney the fee is $15 USD or €12 EUR.
