Transfer to the Casino
Buying Chips
Any funds that you deposit using our secure payment gateway will be added to your Pinnacle Sports account. If you want to start playing the online Casino straight away, or if you are an existing Pinnacle Sports account holder and would like to transfer money from the Sportsbook to the Casino, you will need to buy chips by making a transfer from your Pinnacle Sports account to the Casino.
The currency of the Pinnacle Sports Casino is USD. If you hold a non-USD account at Pinnacle Sports, you can still play in the Pinnacle Sports Casino but any funds that you transfer to the Casino will be automatically converted into the equivalent amount in USD, using the daily exchange rate as listed on OANDA.com.

Transfer from the Casino
Cashing Chips
Your Pinnacle Sports account is your primary account. Whenever you leave the Pinnacle Sports Casino, all of the funds in your Casino account are automatically transferred back to your Pinnacle Sports account. Thus, you cannot withdraw money directly from the Casino. You must first exit the Casino, and then withdraw money from your Pinnacle Sports account via one of the many safe and secure withdrawal options available.

Transferring Chips from the Casino
To transfer your chips from the Pinnacle Sports Casino, simply click on 'Cashier' from any game within the Casino client, or the Casino Lobby, and select “Return some money to the Sportsbook”. Then simply enter the amount you wish to transfer. You can also transfer all of your money back to your Pinnacle Sports account by selecting “Return all money to the Sportsbook". Please note that whenever you leave the Casino your money is automatically transferred from the Pinnacle Sports Casino to your Pinnacle Sports account.
