All funds deposited to an account must be sent and received in the same name as the account holder. Funds sent in the name of a company will require additional documentation. Funds received by Pinnacle Sports sent by a person other than the account holder will not be accepted.

All winnings derived from a deposit later reported as non-sufficient funds (NSF) or that cannot be collected for any other reason by Pinnacle Sports will be void. For accounts with minus balances, any pending plays, whether from the NSF deposit or not, will be cancelled.
