There is no minimum withdrawal amount for your free withdrawal each month. For any subsequent withdrawal by cashier’s cheque, the minimum request is $12 CAD.
Only one cashier's cheque may be requested each banking day up to a maximum withdrawal amount of $3,000 CAD per transaction up to a maximum of $9,500 CAD per 7 days.
Within 24 hours, Monday to Friday not including public holidays your cheque request will be sent to our bank for processing. Cheques are sent using Federal Express, which requires two days for International delivery.
Each Pinnacle Sports client is entitled to one free withdrawal per calendar month. There is no minimum amount required for your free withdrawal and you may use any authorized withdrawal methods. All additional withdrawals during the calendar month, for any amount using any withdrawal method, incur a fee. The fee is based on the withdrawal option selected and for bank draft payouts the fee is $30 CAD.
Bank drafts and cashier’s cheques are written in the account holder’s name only and we require a full mailing address (not a P.O. Box) and phone number for the Federal Express airway bill. Before requesting your withdrawal, please make sure your personal details are correct using the Account Details section of your account.
A hold is placed on all funds sent via a cashier's cheque for 12 banking days, or until the cheque clears. Withdrawal requests which reduce your balance below the amount of the bank draft or cashier's cheque will not be processed.
Please also note that cheque requests for $50 CAD or less will be sent using registered mail. You may expect delivery within approximately two weeks.
After first logging into your Pinnacle Sports account, go to the Cashier section of the web site. Use the drop down menu and select Cashier Check Withdrawal (FedEx) and click ‘Go’.
Follow the instructions on the screen, complete the form and select "Submit". Once your request is complete, the information is forwarded to our Customer Service Department for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your withdrawal is approved and forwarded to the Accounts Department for processing and again when your cheque is sent containing your Federal Express tracking number.
